PremaStaffing LLC Founder

My name is Premwadee Sripanban.   I go by Prem. I graduated with a BSN from Mahidol University in Bangkok Thailand.  I have been a nurse in America since 2008 with skills and experience in multiple areas such as home health, nursing home, medical/surgery, telemetry, cath lab, ICU, wound care, as well as chronic- acute dialysis.  I’m  actively working as full time registered nurse cross trained position in ICU, acute dialysis, Med - Surg and wound care. 

This project began while speaking to a friend, a nephrologist whom I have known for a decade about the number of Thai nurses that I have helped migrate to America to become nurses here.   He advised me to start an LLC so that I can further my mission to help more Thai RNs and MDs achieve their dream career in America.  He also introduced me to an immigration attorney that he knows very well.

I thought about our conversation and realized that I  needed to become a legal representative of a staffing company if I wanted to continue doing this work and communicate with CGFNs or boards of nursing.
